technology is meant to be addressing.
To help ensure it isn’t just technology for technology’s sake, we
can help review your objectives and offer an independent perspective.
Often this outside view can help clarify objectives or help you to
consider other areas as well.
Communications Planning
During any implementation, you will have numerous stakeholders who will
have differing requirements with regards to the communications they
receive. Based on our
experience we can assist you in developing a Communications Plan to
ensure everyone received the information they require in a timely
fashion.
Process Review
Is new technology actually needed? Before investing time and money on a
new ICT solution, it can be useful to sit down with everyone involved
and map out the existing process or data flow.
As well as helping to find improvements, you will then have a
clearer idea of what your requirements are when considering possible
solutions.
Technical Advice
Explaining your proposed solution to a third-party is an excellent way
of clarifying and sense checking your own plans.
We can help by asking for clarification on areas which are
unclear, making suggestion on what has worked elsewhere and advising on
technologies we have used.
Change Planning
We can work with your IT team and customers to plan and manage the
implementation of your chose solution. Ensuring that risk has been
assessed, there is a contingency plan and a sensible timeline.

Sell you a technical solution
We have no links with any suppliers and as such you can be confident
that our advice is genuinely independent and based purely on your
requirements.
Install the solution for you
Your IT team know your infrastructure better than we ever could and will
be the ones who will be required to provide on-going support.
We can work with them to provide advice and guidance but they
will ultimately be the ones who deliver the solution.
